Senior Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

-Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (projects, costs, HR, procurement, sales, etc.)

-Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs (project progress, cost control, revenue, customer trends).

-Provide insights to management for optimizing operations, improving project delivery, and maximizing ROI.

-Collaborate with project managers, finance, and commercial teams to ensure data-driven decision making.

-Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in project and market data.

Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

-5-7 years of experience as a data analyst, preferably in construction, contracting, or real estate development.

-Strong knowledge of SQL, Power BI/ Tableau, and Excel.

-Experience with ERP systems and construction/project management data is a plus.

-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
