Job Description

Job Summary:

As the Senior Diversity & Inclusion Specialist, you will design the blueprint for equity across our global operations. You aren't just celebrating diversity; you are dismantling systemic barriers within our hiring, promotion, and retention frameworks. You will serve as a high-level consultant to our Site Directors and Account Managers, ensuring that our D&I strategy is integrated into our operational KPIs and client delivery models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Design & ROI: Develop and lead a multi-year D&I roadmap that aligns with business objectives. You will be responsible for proving the business case for D&I through measurable ROI.
  • Systems & Policy Audit: Conduct deep-dive audits of the Employee Life Cycle—from high-volume recruitment algorithms to performance calibration—to identify and eliminate structural bias.
  • Executive Coaching: Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and VP-level leadership, providing courageous feedback and coaching on inclusive leadership and psychological safety.
  • Global ERG Governance: Oversee the global framework for Employee Resource Groups, ensuring they have the budget, executive sponsorship, and strategic alignment to drive business impact.
  • External Branding & Partnerships: Represent the company in global forums and industry panels. Build partnerships with external organizations (e.g., NGOs, diverse professional networks) to enhance our Employer of Choice brand.
  • Crisis & Sensitivity Management: Provide guidance on sensitive internal and external issues, ensuring the company's response is culturally competent and aligned with our values.

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years in D&I, Talent Management, or Organizational Development. Proven track record of leading large-scale culture change in a multinational setting (BPO/Shared Services preferred).
  • Ability to translate complex HR metrics into executive-level narratives using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or advanced Excel.
  • Experience managing D&I across different legal landscapes (e.g., GDPR, EEOC, Affirmative Action, and local labor laws in various delivery geographies).
  • Master's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or an MBA is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
