Overall objectives
The Senior Delivery Manager - WBS / EP / Omnichannel is responsible for the strategic oversight and execution of all technology deliveries across these PWBB domains. This includes managing cross-functional programs that span across Personal, Islamic, Private, Business banking along with technology platforms like digital platforms, engagement systems, omnichannel services, embedded finance, and AI innovation. The role ensures timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of initiatives aligned with business goals, regulatory standards, and customer expectations.
Role specific responsibilities
.Oversee a comprehensive delivery portfolio, managing prioritization, resource allocation, and interdependencies.
.Own the delivery budget across domains, ensuring cost efficiency, financial tracking, and alignment with investment plans.
.Drive the execution of cross-domain programs Establish and manage delivery governance frameworks, steering committees, and performance dashboards.
.Collaborate with product, architecture, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and integration.
.Manage vendor relationships and third-party delivery partners to ensure accountability and performance.
General functional responsibilities
.Provide visionary leadership to cross-functional technology teams, fostering a culture of innovation and agility.
.Develop and maintain delivery roadmaps, capacity plans, and resource forecasts.
.Ensure robust IT governance, risk management, and compliance with internal and external regulations
.Foster collaboration with enterprise architecture, security, infrastructure, and other IT domains.
.Track and report on key scorecards indicators (KPIs) including Audit and RISK items.

.Program & Portfolio Management: Expertise in managing complex delivery portfolios across multiple banking segments.
.Budgeting & Cost Control: Strong financial acumen in managing delivery budgets, optimizing costs, and ensuring ROI.
.Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Wealth, Business Banking products and customer journeys.
.Agile & Hybrid Delivery Models: Proficiency in agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
.Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to influence and collaborate with senior business and technology leaders.
.Risk & Issue Management: Skilled in identifying and mitigating delivery risks and dependencies.
