Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Senior Design Architect specializing in exterior designs. The Senior Design Architect will be responsible for architectural design, design management, and developing detailed construction drawings. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with project teams to devise creative and functional exterior design concepts, ensuring designs meet project requirements and regulations, and overseeing the implementation of designs during construction. The role demands close coordination with clients and other stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Architecture, with a focus on Exterior Architectural Design
• Proficiency in Design Management and the ability to lead teams to execute end-to-end design processes effectively
• Experience in developing detailed Construction Drawings and high-quality design deliverables
• Strong Communication and collaboration skills to interact with clients, team members, and project stakeholders
• Ability to work on-site, manage time efficiently, and meet project deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable
• Prior experience with large-scale projects in urban or exterior design is an advantage
