Key Responsibilities ( Designer )
- Develop conceptual designs and transform ideas into clear architectural proposals.
- Prepare and present design presentations, mood boards, diagrams, 3D visuals, and sketches.
- Produce detailed architectural drawings for design development and coordinate with other disciplines.
- Work closely with clients to understand requirements and ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, and financial goals.
- Conduct site analysis, zoning studies, and space planning layouts.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Collaborate with structural, MEP, and technical office teams to maintain design integrity during development.
- Review materials, finishes, and architectural details to ensure high-quality design outcomes.
- Participate in design workshops, coordination meetings, and client presentations.
- Provide support during project execution to ensure design intent is maintained.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
- 57 years of experience in architectural design (preferably in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects).
- Strong proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- SketchUp
- Lumion / Enscape
- Photoshop
- Excellent design visualization and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of local codes, materials, and construction methods.
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows and coordination concepts
