Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Design Architect, located in Qesm 1st Nasser City. The Senior Design Architect will oversee architectural design projects, manage design processes, and create detailed construction drawings. Responsibilities include ensuring designs meet client requirements, collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders, and providing guidance to junior team members. The role calls for a hands-on approach and expertise in various aspects of architectural and design projects.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
- Proficiency in Design Management and Construction Drawings
- Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members
- Proven experience managing design projects from concept to completion
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of architects and designers
- Proficiency in architectural design software and tools
- Relevant academic qualifications, such as a degree in Architecture or a related field
- A strong understanding of sustainable design practices is a plus
