* Lead and manage the structural engineering team for high-rise construction projects from conception to completion.
* Oversee the structural design process, ensuring compliance with local and international building codes and regulations.
* Review and approve detailed structural drawings, plans, and specifications.
* Manage and coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Monitor and ensure the structural integrity of all phases of the construction process, identifying and addressing potential risks or issues.
* Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality, resolving any on-site issues related to structural elements.
* Ensure that safety and environmental regulations are strictly adhered to during construction.
* Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and team members.
* Review and manage the procurement process for structural materials and equipment.
* Report on project status, including timelines, costs, and risks to senior management.

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
* Professional Engineering License (P.Eng., PE, or equivalent) preferred.
* Minimum of 15 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 15 years of experience in managing high-rise construction projects.
* In-depth knowledge of structural design, materials, construction methods, and building codes.
* Proven experience in managing complex high-rise or large-scale projects.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD Pro) and Microsoft Office Suite.
