The project:
This is an opportunity to work on a Commercial Fit-Out project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.
You'll be responsible for:
Provides strategic leadership across all stages of design, coordinating with construction, commercial, procurement, and programme teams.
Leads and manages LDC design teams and daily operations across multiple projects.
Manages Design delivery, fit-out works overseeing and driving the main contractor.
Presents KPIs and management review data to project and functional leadership.
Contributes to work-winning efforts and supports business growth initiatives.
Leads identification and delivery of relevant training to enhance team performance.
Initiates improvements in project delivery plans, tools, and design management processes.
Promotes net zero carbon goals, technical excellence, and cross-functional collaboration, leveraging internal knowledge bases and CoE resources.
You'll need to have:
Experience working in design management for interior or fit out projects within the GCC.
A relevant degree/education background i.e. architecture/engineering.
Extensive experience working in a design management role.
