Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly hands-on, AI-native Senior Designer to embed
advanced generative AI workflows into our brand and campaign production
engine.
This role sits within the central brand team and is responsible for accelerating
creative throughput using AI across static, motion, video, packaging, and largescale
campaign rollouts.
The ideal candidate is a strong designer first with deep experience using AI
tools as production infrastructure, not experimentation.
This is an execution-heavy role. Speed, judgment, and scalability are critical.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI-Driven Campaign Production
- Rapidly prototype campaign directions using generative AI tools.
- Develop scalable visual systems for major commercial moments (e.g. Ramadan, sale events, product launches).
- Produce high-quality assets across OOH, digital, in-app, social, and retail formats.
- Scale creative into multiple aspect ratios and placements efficiently
- Reduce production turnaround time through AI workflows.
2. AI Design Systems & Workflow Development
- Build reusable prompt libraries and visual generation frameworks per brand
- Maintain visual consistency across AI outputs
- Create structured AI production systems for repeatable campaign cycles
- Standardize lighting, tone, typography integration, and brand style within AI outputs
- Develop internal documentation and playbooks for AI usage.
3. AI Motion & Video Support
- Use AI tools to generate motion concepts, short-form video, and performance content
- Integrate generative video tools into traditional editing workflows
- Support social films, product demos, sale assets, and performance marketing outputs
- Optimize AI-generated content for production delivery standards
4. Production & Execution Excellence
- Ensure assets meet professional production standards (print specs, resolution, file prep, color profiles, compression, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with campaign, brand, and packaging teams
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to move from prototype to final execution
- Maintain high design standards across all outputs
Required Skill Set:
Strong Design Fundamentals (Non-Negotiable)
- Typography, layout, composition
- Brand systems understanding
- Experience working on scaled campaign rollouts
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite proficiency

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 69 years of design experience
- 2+ years working seriously with generative AI tools
- Experience in high-volume campaign environments
- Strong execution capability with high throughput
- Ability to make design decisions independently
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multi-brand ecosystem
