Role: Senior Digital GRC Specialist

Location: Dubai

Salary: up to 60,000 AED

Role:

You will lead a group-wide Governance Transformation programme. This will focus on strengthening the organization's digital governance framework, ensuring it aligns with industry best practices, regulatory obligations, and the wider digital transformation strategy.

The role will lead the development, review, and ongoing management of digital governance policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines to maintain a consistent, structured, and compliant digital landscape.

Requirements:

• 8+ years in Digital Governance
• Deep knowledge of COBIT, ISO 27001, and NIST
• Prior experience in successfully building & delivering a digital governance framework
• Experience in enterprise environments, either on a global scale, or within a business with 10,000 employees
