The Digital Marketing Senior Specialist is a performance-driven, hands-on role responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling digital marketing activities across all online channels. This role owns digital growth and is expected to leverage AI-powered marketing tools as a core part of daily operations to drive reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
This is not a coordination or agency-management role it is a data-led execution and optimization role.
Core Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and organic channels.
- Manage and scale paid media (search, social, display, retargeting) with a strong focus on ROI and performance.
- Use AI tools extensively for campaign creation, audience targeting, creative testing, automation, reporting, and optimization.
- Own SEO and content performance, including keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and AI-supported content scaling.
- Analyze performance data, dashboards, and funnels to continuously improve conversions and efficiency.
- Drive experimentation using AI-based A/B testing, predictive analytics, and marketing automation.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and emerging AI-driven marketing technologies.
Required Profile
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and performance marketing roles.
- Proven track record of managing high-performing digital campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong expertise in paid media platforms (search and social) and analytics tools.
- Advanced use of AI-driven marketing tools for media buying, optimization, content, and reporting.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear actions.
- Deep understanding of digital funnels, attribution, and conversion optimization.
- Ability to execute fast, test aggressively, and scale what works.
