Job Description

Reporting To

  • Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Manage SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Plan and implement digital content calendars, ensuring consistent messaging.

Content Creation & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content.
  • Optimize website content for search engines to improve visibility.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive engagement.

Analytics & Performance Monitoring

  • Track and analyze key digital marketing metrics (traffic, conversions, etc.).
  • Generate detailed reports to evaluate campaign success and inform future strategies.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices to enhance performance.
  • Strong expertise in Google Tag Manager setting up and managing tags for tracking and analytics.
  • Proven experience in Google Analytics analyzing user behavior, setting up conversion tracking, and optimizing website performance.

Paid Campaigns & Advertising

  • Develop and manage PPC campaigns, optimizing budgets for maximum ROI.
  • Utilize platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for targeted campaigns.
  • Monitor ad performance and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
  • Practical expertise in Google Ads creating, managing, and optimizing search, display, and video campaigns.
  • Experience with conversion campaigns setting up tracking, optimizing performance, and improving lead generation and ROI.
  • Hands-on experience with Snapchat Ads setting up, optimizing, and scaling campaigns for brand awareness and performance.

Collaboration & Process Improvement

  • Work closely with internal teams (content, design, analytics) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Proactively suggest new content formats, engagement tactics, and platform opportunities.

Key Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and PPC.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Strong understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
