Senior Director AI

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Director of AI Engineering to lead our AI initiatives within the Professional Services team. You will drive the technical vision, deliver high-impact AI programs, and build a high-performing team of AI engineers. This role combines deep technical expertise with executive-level communication and leadership in complex AI projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Advise C-level executives and stakeholders on AI strategy, architectural roadmap, and governance.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of senior AI engineers, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Program Ownership: Ensure successful delivery of complex AI applications, including Generative AI, RAG systems, and large-scale predictive modeling.
• Technical Architecture: Define architectural blueprints, MLOps best practices, and scalable, secure AI solutions.
• Thought Leadership: Represent the company in AI/ML communities, conferences, and technical publications.
• Business Impact: Drive customer success, manage technical risk, and contribute to revenue and utilization goals.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven expertise in AI/ML architecture, Generative AI, RAG systems, and large-scale predictive modeling.
• Strong experience in MLOps, CI/CD, model governance, and enterprise-scale deployment.
• Proficiency in Python, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and building production-grade REST APIs.
• Minimum 3 years experience managing technical teams, including recruitment, performance management, and career development.
• Exceptional executive-level communication skills and client-facing experience.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and on-premise deployments.
• 810 years of progressive AI/ML experience, with at least 3 years in a director or leadership role.
• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or a related field.
