Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team as the Quality Department Lead where you'll shape and implement innovative strategies to enhance quality performance across manufacturing facilities and supply chain partners. Play a pivotal role in driving initiatives that elevate customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop quality strategies to support continuous improvement across various teams including QA, QAS, and CI (Continuous Improvement). Drive internal and external Quality-First initiatives to achieve world-class standards within manufacturing and supply chain environments. Define and execute a quality roadmap aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and overall stakeholder value. Utilize quality digitization tools to maintain a competitive edge and improve operational processes. Collaborate across multiple plants to foster a culture of quality improvement and achieve key performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of eleven to fourteen years of relevant experience in quality management. Strong competency in Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma programs, Design of Experiments (DOE), and certifications such as CQE/CQM are preferred. In-depth knowledge of quality management systems and standards, specifically ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Familiarity with electronic manufacturing environments, including materials and business processes. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is preferred. Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to establish goals, manage diverse resources effectively, and ensure timely completion of quality objectives. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engagement with both internal and external stakeholders. Capability to lead, train, and motivate employees to achieve high production quality under tight deadlines.
