Job Description

I am exclusively recruiting for a genuinely exciting senior leadership opportunity in Abu Dhabi representing a London-founded communications consultancy that is making its first move into the Middle East.

Having built an exceptional reputation in the UK across corporate communications, public affairs and financial PR, this business is now expanding globally and they need the right senior leader to help them do it.

This is a rare opportunity to take real ownership. You won't be stepping into someone else's shoes. Working alongside the General Manager, you will be building the Middle East presence from the ground up, leading on newly won client work whilst recruiting and shaping a regional team around you.

Reporting into senior leadership, you'll have the autonomy to make your mark whilst being backed by a business with strong infrastructure, brilliant clients and serious ambition for the region.

The role:

  • Leading delivery across a portfolio of clients spanning corporate communications, public affairs and financial PR
  • Managing and growing a newly formed Abu Dhabi-based team
  • Acting as the senior regional voice for a business with a strong UK pedigree

Requirements:

  • A Director or Senior Director level communications professional
  • Already based in the GCC - ideally Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
  • Experienced across at least two of the three disciplines: corporate comms, public affairs or financial PR
  • Someone who is genuinely energised by building - not just managing
  • Confident leading a team and owning client relationships at the most senior level
