Warehouse Management:
Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layouts, processes, and workflows to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse performance, such as inventory accuracy, order cycle time, and cost per unit.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe and secure working environment within the warehouse.
Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, if applicable.
Implement and manage warehouse management systems (WMS) to optimize inventory control and visibility.
Manage distinct bonded and non bonded warehouse processes and ensure full compliance with customs regulations for both bonded and non-bonded goods, including accurate documentation and segregation.
Oversee inventory control and reporting for both bonded and non-bonded stock, serving as the primary liaison with customs authorities for bonded warehouse activities
Fleet Management & Last Mile delivery:
Oversee route planning and optimization to improve delivery efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
Manage parts procurement for repairs and warranty recovery, as well as confirming repair schedules with vendors.
Direct staff in daily activities of fleet management operations.
Review cost effectiveness, equipment and worker performance, and adherence to regulations.
Review order and production schedules to prioritize duties and shipping dates.
Analyze data to increase business operational efficiency.
Manage the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring optimal utilization, maintenance, and cost-effectiveness.
Develop and implement fleet maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and ensure vehicle safety.
Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and licensing requirements
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure all warehouse and fleet operations comply with relevant local regulations and safety standards.
Develop and implement safety protocols and training programs for warehouse staff and drivers.
Oversee regular safety audits and inspections.
Sales:
Responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding the company's client base.
Overseeing the selling of integrated logistics solutions including warehousing, transportation and value added 3PL services to clients.
