Lead and expand business development initiatives by identifying and securing new revenue streams, partnerships and investment opportunities for 7X Assets in alignment with 7X's strategic objectives.
Strategy, Policy and Procedure
- Support the GM in shaping the long-term commercial strategy for the asset portfolio.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to diversify and maximize asset revenues.
- Develop, recommend, and implement policies, procedures, and frameworks specific to business development activities, including opportunity evaluation, partnerships, acquisitions, and investor relations.
- Identify, evaluate and negotiate new opportunities including acquisitions, joint ventures and partnerships.
- Deal with sensitive and confidential information related to work with discretion to protect the interests of the company.
Market Intelligence & opportunities
- Monitor real estate and investment market trends, economic conditions, and competitor activity.
- Prepare feasibility studies and business cases for potential projects, ensuring strong financial returns.
- Recommend innovative business models to enhance asset utilization and income streams.
- Provide recommendations to the GM Asset Management on property leasing/sale policy updates to support strategic growth and market competitiveness.
Revenue Optimization
- Oversee strategic tenant mix planning and partnerships to maximize rental yields.
- Identify new products and services that can be monetized within the asset portfolio.
- Drive investor relations by providing transparent performance updates and fostering confidence in 7X's assets.
Financial Planning & Reporting
- Contribute to business planning, budget preparation, and revenue forecasting.
- Track and report KPIs related to revenue growth, market expansion and investment returns.
- Ensure compliance with financial and risk management policies in all business development activities.
Synergies with Stakeholders
- Build and sustain relationships with investors, developers, government agencies, and strategic partners.
- Represent 7X at industry forums, exhibitions and networking events to promote the organization's asset offerings.
- Collaborate with internal directors (Leasing, Facilities & Engineering) to ensure integrated business solutions.

Qualifications and Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
Experience:
- 7-10 years of experience in business development, investment, or commercial real estate, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role with proven track record in deal origination, negotiation, and execution.
