As part of our digital transformation journey, we are seeking a Senior Director Software Architecture to lead the design and implementation of scalable, innovative, and robust digital solutions across our portfolio.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Architect to guide and mentor our development teams in delivering high-quality digital products. This role involves working closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure projects align with the technology strategy, roadmap, scope, and budget. You will define architecture standards, oversee complex digital applications, and implement modern technologies to enhance digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement scalable solution architectures for digital platforms, Martech, and enterprise systems
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers to develop solution roadmaps
• Lead non-functional requirement management (Performance, Security, Reliability, Scalability, Compliance)
• Integrate key data technologies (Azure Data Services, Azure Data Bricks, Data Factory, SQL Server)
• Drive adoption of enterprise digital platforms, frameworks, and DevSecOps practices
• Lead architecture governance and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership to development teams
• Research emerging technologies, trends, and vendors to enhance capabilities
• Conduct architecture reviews, technical assessments, and optimization of existing systems

Qualifications & Experience:

Essential:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 12+ years in IT, including 8+ years in software architecture
• 4+ years in enterprise solutions and technical architecture
• Hands-on experience in Azure cloud deployments, Azure Data Services, modern integration platforms, and front-end frameworks (ReactJS, React-Native, Flutter, NextJS)
• Expertise in software architecture practices, DevSecOps, and digital experience platforms (e.g., Sitecore)

Desirable:

• 5+ years of experience in the Entertainment & Leisure industry
• Technical development background

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to explain technology in a business-friendly manner
• Leadership and team management experience, including mentoring high-performing teams
