Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Distribution Manager, located in Cairo. The Senior Distribution Manager will oversee logistics operations, optimizing supply chain processes, and managing relationships with distributors and suppliers. The role involves planning distribution strategies, leading a team, ensuring operational efficiency, and complying with regulatory and quality standards. The individual will also analyze data to forecast demand, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement in distribution processes.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in logistics, supply chain management, and distribution operations
- Strong leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budget management
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance, quality standards, and risk management in distribution
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience in inventory management, transportation, and warehouse operations
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems or other relevant software
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
