Senior EDM Data Modeler (Banking)

We are seeking experienced Senior EDM Data Modeler with more than 5 years of professional experience to support the development, integration, and optimization of enterprise banking systems. Candidates will work closely with business analysts, architects, and project teams to design, develop, and implement scalable technology solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and banking standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and maintain enterprise data models supporting banking data architecture.

Develop logical and physical data models for enterprise data management platforms.

Work closely with business teams to define data standards, governance, and metadata frameworks.

Ensure data consistency, quality, and integrity across banking systems.

Support data warehouse, reporting, and analytics initiatives.

Required Skills:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in data modelling and data architecture.

Expertise in enterprise data modelling tools such as:

ERwin

PowerDesigner

Informatica EDM

Strong understanding of:

Data governance

Data lineage

Data quality frameworks

Experience designing banking data models and regulatory reporting structures.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with data warehouses, big data platforms, and BI tools.

Knowledge of BCBS239 data governance principles in banking.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.

Experience:

Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in software development or enterprise systems.

Experience working within banking or financial services environments.
