About The Job

This position will report to Electrical Engineering Manager, based in Dubai.

As a Senior Electrical Designer, you have to comprehend the specific technical requirements of assigned E-house and Process module projects, adhering to industry standards, classification, and regulatory requirements.

Job Scope

• Understands the specific technical requirements of the assigned projects E-houses and Process modules (Offshore and Onshore projects) and Industry Standard, Classification and Regulatory requirements.
• Work under E&I Engineer according to the Project Engineering schedule
• Preparing design technical drawings (Drawings, Function specification, Cause and Effects, Datasheet, Single line diagrams and Schematic etc.) and MTOs, ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements.
• Extract various design drawings from E3D models and prepare the documents for submission to client and production at various stages
• Consolidate multidiscipline clash check with other discipline and maintenance accessibilities are provided.
• Understand the requirement of Electrical, Control and Instrumentation as per project specification
• The E&I designer will be responsible to prepare various engineering deliverables

Qualification

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Min 5 years of accumulative experience in E&I Designer in oil and gas sector.
• Knowledge in functionality of E-house, Process modules and FPSO
• Proficient in basic software skill related to E&I Engineering such as AutoCAD, Navis works, smart instrument, lighting calculations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill
