Research and identify potential suppliers and sub-contractors, ensuring they meet the required standards
Evaluate products and suppliers according to key business criteria. Preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions with suppliers and Electrical subcontractors.
Coordinate technical requirements between suppliers and technical office/consultant.
Prepare prices comparison between suppliers and subcontractors for final selection.
Arrange required submittals with the selected supplier.
Prepare and issuing purchase orders and agreements and/or contracts.
Follow up deliverables and suppliers invoices and payments with finance team.
Monitor suppliers and Electrical sub-contractors performance and resolving issues and concerns during orders executing until finishing activities.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Previous experience in construction sector inside Egypt with minimum Experience 4-5 years in same job.
Experience in using ERP/Oracle system or any equivalent procurement processing system.
