Role PurposeKey Accountabilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure proper execution according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Plan and coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and other departments to ensure smooth work progress.
- Review shop drawings, method statements, and construction schedules to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Monitor resources (labor, materials, equipment) on-site and ensure optimal utilization.
- Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations and company safety policies.
- Address technical issues and site constraints promptly to avoid delays or quality compromises.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and submit them to project stakeholders.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical input to resolve site-related challenges.
- Coordinate inspections with consultants and respond to site queries (RFIs) as needed.
- Support project closeout by ensuring punch lists, as-built drawings, and handover documentation are completed.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor degree in Electrical engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in site construction, with exposure to large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, project execution, and technical drawings.
- Solid knowledge of construction materials, codes, and safety standards.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site tasks simultaneously.
