Your Mission
As a Senior Engineer, you will:
- Supervise key technical domains including:
- Modeling & Simulation
- Guidance & Control Algorithms
- Tracking Systems
- Estimation & Optimization Filters
- Software Development (SIL/PIL)
- Lab Testing & HIL Performance Verification
- Mission Planning & Flight Testing
- Mentor engineers across Junior, Engineer I, and Engineer II levels
- Execute flight test operations: pre-flight prep, live testing, and post-flight analysis
- Support capability establishment by developing infrastructure, tools, and labs
- Contribute technical expertise to principal engineers and strategic projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Embedded Systems, Aerospace Engineering, or related fields
- 610 years of experience in guided weapon systems or equivalent high-tech domains
- Proven expertise in engineering tools and algorithm development for guidance and control
- Deep understanding of system engineering and defense-grade technology implementation
