We are currently seeking an experienced
Senior Engineer BIM, Design & Interface Coordination to join our team for a project in
AlUla. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in BIM management, multidisciplinary design coordination, and interface management to ensure seamless integration between design disciplines and project stakeholders.
- Lead and manage BIM implementation in accordance with project BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
- Coordinate between architectural, structural, civil, and MEP disciplines to ensure proper design integration.
- Review BIM models to identify and resolve design clashes and coordination issues.
- Manage interface coordination between consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Ensure all BIM deliverables meet project requirements, standards, and timelines.
- Support the design team in resolving technical issues during the design and construction phases.
- Monitor model updates and ensure alignment with approved drawings and project specifications.
- Prepare coordination reports and participate in technical and design review meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in BIM, design coordination, or engineering management.
- Strong experience in multidisciplinary design coordination on large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM collaboration platforms.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards, model coordination, and interface management processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
