Job Summary
We are looking for a
Senior Engineer Operation Readiness & Assurance (Process) with
15+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry. The candidate will support operation readiness activities to ensure facilities, systems, and processes are prepared for safe and efficient startup and operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support operation readiness and assurance activities during project execution and pre-commissioning stages.
- Review and verify process systems, procedures, and documentation for operational readiness.
- Coordinate with engineering, commissioning, and operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and operational requirements.
- Participate in risk assessments, HAZOP reviews, and operational planning.
- Monitor readiness status and support smooth handover from project to operations.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to operation readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in chemical or Process Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Experience in operation readiness, assurance, commissioning, or process operations.
- Strong knowledge of process systems and plant operations.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
