Senior Engineer – Operations Readiness & Assurance (Mechanical) to join our team in Abu Dhabi for a PMC project. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of delivering

safe, reliable, and fully optimized for operational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead OR&A activities for Mechanical System across project phases.
- Review and validate engineering deliverables (P&IDs, datasheets, specifications, etc.).
- Ensure mechanical integrity and reliability strategies are in place (e.g., RBI, PM, CBM).
- Support development of maintenance strategies and procedures.
- Participate in HAZOP, HAZID, SIMOPS, and other safety/technical reviews.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Commissioning, and Operations teams for smooth handover.
- Verify documentation, training, spares, and maintenance strategies prior to start-up.
Qualification Required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is Mandatory.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry in the similar role.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in large-scale EPC projects within the Middle East, preferably ADNOC Group.
- Proven experience in Operations Readiness, Commissioning, or Start-Up roles.
- Strong background in mechanical systems (rotating & static equipment).
- Experience with major capital projects (EPC environment preferred).
- Familiarity with ADNOC Engineering Standards and international codes (API, ASME, ISO).
- Experience in asset integrity, reliability, and maintenance strategies.
