We are seeking an experienced Senior Utility Engineer to join our supervision team for a large-scale industrial FMCG project in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in utility systems within industrial projects, including drainage, stormwater, and pressure systems. This role involves planning, coordination, and supervision of site utilities and temporary facilities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop plans for site setup, including temporary utilities and facilities.
  • Ensure proper design and implementation of drainage, stormwater, and pressure systems.
  • Conduct daily site supervision and monitor utility works progress.
  • Lead daily coordination meetings with contractors and stakeholders.
  • Inspect and verify work done on-site and at workshops for compliance with standards.
  • Perform inspection and acceptance of completed works, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
  • Review contractor submissions and provide technical guidance.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, approvals, and progress reports.
  • Communicate effectively with project management and contractors regarding issues and resolutions.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Utility Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in utility engineering, with at least 2 years in industrial FMCG projects.
  • Proven expertise in drainage, stormwater, and pressure systems design and supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of construction supervision standards and utility planning.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills for daily coordination and stakeholder engagement.
