Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented English Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, with a strong focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for roles requiring a high level of English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks such as LinkedIn
  • Screen and assess candidates qualifications and English communication skills
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
  • Post job ads on platforms
  • Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • 1–4 years of experience in recruitment (preferably handling English-speaking roles)
  • Strong command of English (B2–C1 level or higher)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and recruitment platforms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in bulk hiring or call center recruitment
  • Knowledge of interview techniques and assessment methods
