Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented English Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, with a strong focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for roles requiring a high level of English proficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks such as LinkedIn
- Screen and assess candidates qualifications and English communication skills
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Post job ads on platforms
- Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in recruitment (preferably handling English-speaking roles)
- Strong command of English (B2–C1 level or higher)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and recruitment platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in bulk hiring or call center recruitment
- Knowledge of interview techniques and assessment methods
