Educational Advisor
Responsibilities:
- Provide consultation and support to students following SOPs.
- Build strong customer relationships through personalized learning plans.
- Promote course renewals and follow up with customers to increase conversions.
- Monitor student progress, analyze data, and suggest improvement strategies.
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Drive renewals, referrals, and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1+ year of experience in sales or telesales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for education and customer service.
- English proficiency (B2+).
- Target-driven, motivated, and approachable personality.
Work Schedule & Location:
Location:
- Maadi, Cairo (on-site position)
Schedule:
- Sunday to Thursday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (includes a 1 hour and 15 min break)
- Saturday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- Friday: Day off
