Job Description
- Own full lifecycle delivery of ERP and complex enterprise transformation programmes
- Lead multiple concurrent workstreams under a single, integrated roadmap
- Establish and enforce robust governance, change control, and delivery standards
- Manage system integrators, vendors, and commercial performance
- Ensure business readiness, operational transition, and benefits realisation
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 15+ years delivering large‑scale ERP or enterprise IT transformation programmes
- Proven leadership of at least one full ERP implementation or major re‑platforming
- Strong experience managing system integrators and complex vendor ecosystems
- Confident engaging executive stakeholders in governance‑heavy environment
