Senior Estimation Infrastructure Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimation Infrastructure Engineer to join our Tendering team. This senior-level role focuses on preparing accurate cost estimates and technical evaluations for infrastructure projects, including civil works, pipe fixing, and other related systems. The position is responsible for leading estimation efforts, ensuring precise cost assessments, supporting project planning, and contributing to competitive and high-quality project proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze tender documents, technical specifications, and project requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for infrastructure and civil works, including materials, equipment, and manpower.
• Identify and provide solutions to technical issues to ensure complete client satisfaction throughout the tender process.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to clarify specifications, BOQs, and technical requirements.
• Participate in pre- and post-tender meetings, site visits, and project evaluations.
• Provide guidance and support to junior estimation engineers.
• Maintain accurate documentation of estimates, assumptions, and historical data for reporting and analysis.
• Analyze tender evaluation feedback to identify improvements for future submissions.
• Implement cost control measures and process improvements to enhance estimation efficiency and accuracy.
