Qualifications

• Strong expertise in cost estimation, bid preparation, and tender analysis.
• Technical knowledge of fire protection systems, ACMV, and associated regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in using estimation and project management software tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to analyze project specifications and deliver comprehensive cost-effective solutions.
• Relevant education in engineering, construction management, or related fields; certification in fire protection or a related discipline is a plus.
• Experience in handling residential, commercial, and industrial projects is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams effectively.
