As a Senior Estimator in our Fit Out division, you'll support the preparation of competitive and accurate tender submissions, contributing directly to the success of key interior and finishing projects. About Your Team

You will report to the Chief Estimator and work closely with procurement, operations, and commercial teams. You'll help analyze drawings, quantities, supplier quotations, and site information to support the timely and accurate delivery of tender proposals.

Your Role

As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the preparation of cost estimates and tender submissions for high-end fit-out projects
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accurate and competitive pricing
• Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and cost information
• Identifying risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost-saving solutions
• Supporting commercial and procurement teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Mentoring junior estimators and promoting best practices across the estimating function.

What We're Looking For

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of estimating experience within the fit-out contracting industry, including high-end luxury fit-out projects
• Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
• Proven experience leading complex tender submissions and managing multiple bids simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of fit-out estimation, procurement, subcontractor pricing, and value engineering

Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong quantity surveying and commercial analysis skills
• Excellent understanding of interior/finishing materials and suppliers
• Proficiency in CCS (Candy), MS Excel, and estimation tools
• Good understanding of market price trends, exchange rates, and cost impacts
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment
