Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator with a strong background in high-rise residential and mixed-use tower projects. The role will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing tender documents, and supporting competitive bid submissions.

The ideal candidate must have solid experience in high-rise construction projects in the UAE and be fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for high-rise residential and mixed-use projects
• Analyze drawings, BOQs, specifications, and tender documents
• Conduct quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns
• Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Prepare tender pricing and commercial submissions
• Identify project risks and cost-saving opportunities
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and commercial teams
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 58 years of UAE experience in high-rise building projects
• Proven experience in towers (G+20 and above preferred)
• Strong knowledge of local market rates and subcontractor pricing
• Proficient in estimation software and advanced Excel
• Fluent Arabic speaker (spoken and written) Mandatory
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
