Senior Estimator (Interiors & Landscaping)

Our client is a well-established Interior & Landscaping company delivering high-quality design, execution, and turnkey solutions across villas, apartments, offices, and outdoor environments.

They are seeking a highly analytical Senior Estimator / Pricing Specialist to lead cost planning and commercial analysis across interior and landscaping projects.

Proficiency in Arabic is a must for the role

Role Overview

You will play a key role in pre- and post-contract cost management, ensuring projects remain commercially viable and profitable.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed BOQs, rate analysis, and cost breakdowns
• Manage variation orders and commercial submissions
• Prepare monthly progress billing and payment certificates
• Monitor budgets and purchase orders against allocations
• Conduct quantity take-offs and measurement sheets
• Participate in tender analysis and supplier quotation reviews
• Assist in final account preparation and commercial negotiations

Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in interior fit-out / landscaping estimation
• Proficiency in Arabic is a must
• Excellent knowledge of BOQs, contracts, and billing processes
• Strong negotiation and commercial management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical capability
