Senior Event Project Manager

We are looking for a strategic, senior-level Event Project Manager in Dubai and Riyadh to oversee multiple high-profile events simultaneously. This role provides end-to-end delivery direction, leading teams and ensuring that complex projects are planned, structured, and executed to the highest standards. A core responsibility includes structuring projects and allocating delivery teams, ensuring the right resources are assigned to support both pitch requirements and full execution phases. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of spearheading mega and large-scale events across multiple locations and diverse stakeholders.

In this role, you will provide critical leadership - bringing clarity, structure, and direction across multiple projects while ensuring seamless alignment between creative vision and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level project and delivery oversight across multiple large-scale event projects
• Lead end-to-end planning, structuring, and execution of complex events
• Assign and lead project teams, ensuring the right resources are deployed for both pitch stages and execution phases
• Manage, mentor, and support cross-functional project teams, ensuring accountability and performance
• Oversee timelines, budgets, resources, and priorities across concurrent projects
• Coordinate delivery across multiple locations and markets
• Ensure alignment between creative direction and operational execution
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues
• Maintain consistent delivery standards, reporting, and project governance

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in event project management or large-scale event (e.g. corporate, festivals) delivery
• Proven experience leading and delivering mega or high-profile events
• Strong people leadership and team management capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented
• Excellent planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Calm, confident decision-maker with a solutions-driven mindset
• Fluent in Arabic and English
