Job Summary
The Senior HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies. The role oversees employee relations, recruitment coordination, government relations support, and HR administration. The position plays a key role in maintaining HR systems, supporting workforce planning, and ensuring smooth HR service delivery across the organization.
Key Responsibilities1. HR Operations & Administration
- Manage the full HR lifecycle including onboarding, employee records, contracts, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee files and HRIS records in compliance with company policies.
- Prepare HR documents including employment contracts, offer letters, warning letters, termination letters, and experience certificates.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave balances, and probation periods.
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and offer management.
- Work with department heads to identify manpower needs and workforce planning.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for key positions.
3. Employee Relations
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
- Support the implementation of disciplinary procedures and grievance handling.
- Assist in maintaining a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
4. Government Relations & Compliance (KSA)
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and HR regulations.
- Coordinate HR processes on government platforms such as:
- Qiwa
- GOSI
- Muqeem
- Absher
- Mudad
- Monitor Iqama renewals, transfers, and Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements.
5. Payroll & Benefits Support
- Assist finance in preparing monthly payroll data including overtime, deductions, and leave records.
- Administer employee benefits, medical insurance, and allowances.
6. Performance Management & HR Development
- Support the performance appraisal process.
- Assist in developing training and development programs.
- Monitor employee probation evaluations and confirmations.
7. HR Reporting
- Prepare periodic HR reports including:
- Headcount reports
- Turnover analysis
- Recruitment progress
- Saudization ratio
- Maintain HR dashboards for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR certification (such as CIPD, SHRM, or PHR) is preferred.
Experience
- 4 7 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR compliance.
- Experience using Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and HR systems.
