We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Office Coordinator to support executive leadership in strategic coordination, governance, reporting, and administrative activities. Key Responsibilities
- Support strategic planning activities and assist with the coordination of business plans, reports, and performance updates.
- Assist in the preparation, coordination, and documentation of Board meetings and executive committees, ensuring compliance with governance requirements.
- Support budget preparation processes and executive reporting in alignment with organizational priorities.
- Coordinate executive office activities to ensure alignment with internal policies, procedures, and corporate standards.
- Assist with administrative policies related to contracts, procurement, and general office operations, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Support external communications and coordination with relevant external stakeholders, including industry bodies.
Candidate Requirements
- Saudi National.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant qualification.
- 5-10 years of experience in executive support, governance, strategy coordination or a similar corporate role.
- Exposure to Board or committee reporting and meeting coordination is preferred.
- Ability to work confidently with senior executives in a professional corporate setting.
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
