About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Job Title to join Entity Name. The main duties and
responsibilities of this role:
Role Purpose:
The role holder is responsible for supporting the Senior Manager Property Management by assisting in the efficient management of residential properties by proactively coordinating with internal departments (FM, HSE etc.) and external stakeholders (tenants, service providers etc.) for maintenance of the properties & communities, timely lease renewals, smooth move-in & move-out process whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service.

Reporting and Revenue Enhancement
Identify and highlight any operational / organizational risks to the Manager.
