Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior External Auditor, located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Senior External Auditor, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing audit engagements for a variety of clients. This includes analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulations, assessing risk, and providing actionable recommendations for improvement. You will collaborate with internal teams and client personnel, while keeping up-to-date on industry standards and auditing practices.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Audit Procedures, Financial Analysis, and Risk Assessment
- Proficiency in Compliance Standards, Regulatory Requirements, and Financial Reporting
- Strong skills in Problem-Solving, Critical Thinking, and Attention to Detail
- Proficiency with relevant software tools such as audit management and accounting systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build client relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required
- Professional certifications such as SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are highly preferred
- Previous experience in auditing, specifically in external auditing roles, is required
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is a plus
