With some of our exciting launches such as Burj Azizi (the second tallest tower in the world), Monaco Mansions and Azizi Venice – Dubai's new luxurious Venetian-inspired waterfront community, we are rapidly expanding our capabilities in our Design 360 Studio, where our team seamlessly integrate Architecture, Structures, MEP, Landscape, Interiors and Supervision to deliver a variety of innovative and value driven real estate assets.
Responsibilities
- Proactive and ability to work independently.
- Design validation of the architectural design in relation to façade.
- Identify / define façade systems suitable for specific project.
- Develop façade engineering and façade access details
- Knowledge in 3D for façade presentation. Basic knowledge in rendering is a plus.
- Attend regular coordination meeting with other disciplines.
- Ability to present façade system ideas to the architect and other disciplines.
- Support senior technical engineer in technical review of the façade engineering design package.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to solve façade issues such as clashes etc.
- Monitor progress and plan project requirements and deliverables ensuring on-time delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture / civil engineering / building construction or equivalent with 5-8 year experience in façade engineering and design.
- Basic knowledge in façade access / BMU design.
- Basic knowledge in façade engineering analysis.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit and Microsoft office.
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic knowledge in UAE FLS code, Dubai building code and international codes is a plus.
- Knowledge / high-level of familiarity with building façade systems, materials and construction and implementation.
- Basic knowledge in façade design requirements.
- Only candidates from design consultancy background will be preferred.
