Senior Architect

Main job duties:

1. Preparing Full Tender documents.
2. Prepare Bill of Quantities and architectural drawings for all projects within the required time.
3. Assistance in following – up with consultants.
4. Full package Drawings coordination between all trades (architectural, structural and electromechanical).
5. Following – up technically with the team.
6. prepare any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job's specialty.

Job requirements:

Educational background and previous experience:

1. Bachelor's degree of architectural engineering.
2. From 5 to 7 years experience in design and development.

Skills needed:

1. Attentive to details.
2. Multitasking and prioritizing.
3. Expert user of AutoCAD – MS Office –Sketch up – Photoshop.
