Senior Finance Manager – Trade, Technology & Software (Multinational)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to lead and manage the financial operations of a multinational organization operating across trade, technology, and software sectors.
This role requires a strong blend of commercial finance, operational control, and strategic business partnering, with hands-on experience in trade/distribution models and tech/software environments. The ideal candidate will also have solid exposure to KSA and UAE financial and tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles across multiple business units (trade & tech/software).
- Prepare and oversee accurate financial reporting in line with multinational standards.
- Manage trade finance operations, including credit control, receivables, and distributor/channel performance.
- Support technology and software revenue models (SaaS, licensing, subscriptions, and project-based revenues).
- Ensure full compliance with KSA (ZATCA) and UAE (FTA) tax and financial regulations.
- Monitor and optimize working capital, cash flow, and treasury activities.
- Analyze channel profitability, product margins, and pricing strategies across trade and digital offerings.
- Partner with commercial, sales, and operations teams to provide data-driven financial insights.
- Implement and enhance financial systems, ERP processes, and reporting automation.
- Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance and accountability culture.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in finance, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- MANDATORY: Proven experience in trade/distribution AND technology/software environments.
- Strong knowledge of KSA (ZATCA) and UAE (FTA) regulations.
- Experience with multinational companies and regional operations.
- Solid understanding of:
- Trade finance & distribution models
- SaaS / software revenue recognition
- Financial modeling and performance analysis
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo) and financial tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
