Senior Finance & Strategy Expert

We are conducting a confidential search for a senior finance executive to join a fast-growing global organization. This role reports directly to the CFO and will be instrumental in shaping the company's next phase of growth.

Due to strategic business expansion, we are conducting a confidential search for a seasoned finance leader to join our core management team. This is a confidential hire, ensuring privacy protection and a smooth transition for the right candidate.

Key Focus Areas:

• Strategic business partnering across global teams
• Full P&L ownership, budgeting, and rolling forecasts
• Finance transformation, system optimization, and process standardization
• Building and mentoring a high‑performing team

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent international certification strongly preferred
• 12–15 years of experience, including at least 5 years at the manager level or above in a Big 4 firm, followed by in‑house finance leadership experience
• Strong background in FP&A, controllership, or business partnering
• Proven ability to operate in complex, fast‑moving environments
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
• Preferred backgrounds: fintech, asset management, payments, B2B SaaS, management consulting, or high‑growth internet platforms
