Senior Financial Analyst

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Financial Analyst located in Sheikh Zayed City. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for conducting detailed financial analysis, creating financial models, forecasting and budgeting, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. The role also entails preparing financial reports, monitoring key metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Financial Modeling, and Budgeting.
• Strong Analytical Thinking, Forecasting, and Business Strategy Skills.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with Financial Reporting software.
• Knowledge of Accounting Principles and Corporate Finance.
• Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making Skills.
• Strong Attention to Detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Prior experience in real estate, infrastructure, or development sectors is advantageous.
