Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Dubai, for the Africa Region Head at Monfi Digital Bank. The role involves managing and nurturing business relationships with financial institutions, and ensure alignment of regional operations with the bank's overall goals. Additional responsibilities include providing leadership to regional teams, collaborating on innovative financial solutions, and ensuring regulatory compliance within the region.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Business Relationship Management and building partnerships with Financial Institutions

Experience in opening correspondent bank accounts

• Experience and proficiency in Swift.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills
• Experience in managing cross-border financial operations is a plus
• Familiarity with the banking and financial landscape in the Africa region
• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications is a plus
