Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven and detail-obsessed Senior Flutter Developer to craft beautiful, performant mobile experiences. You will translate Figma designs into pixel perfect UIs, architect scalable features, and raise the bar for quality across the team.
Role Responsibilities:
- Implement pixel perfect UIs directly from Figma designs, matching every spacing, animation, and interaction detail
- When no design exists, proactively propose and implement well-reasoned UX solutions aligned with product goals
- Build and maintain high-quality, reusable Flutter widgets and shared component libraries
- Collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers throughout the feature lifecycle
- Optimize app performance frame rates, startup time, memory usage, and battery efficiency
- Ship production Flutter app in both iOS & Android.
- Write clean, tested, well documented Dart code and participate actively in code reviews
- Identify technical debt early and propose improvements before they become blockers
- Stay current with Flutter releases and ecosystem changes, sharing relevant insights with the team
- Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery commitments and meeting deadlines reliably.
Required experience & Qualification
- 4+ years of mobile development and 2+ years in Flutter /Dart
- Shipped at least one production Flutter app (iOS & Android)
- Strong grasp of Flutter rendering, widget lifecycle & state management (BLoC, Riverpod, or equivalent)
- Experience consuming REST and handling async patterns
- Proficiency translating Figma specs into faithful UI
- Solid understanding of mobile UX patterns, accessibility, and responsive layouts
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Gitlab pipeline, etc.)
Preferred Skills:
- Native modules (Swift / Kotlin) for platform integrations
- Push notifications, deep linking & analytics SDKs
- Open-source Flutter package contributions
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced product environment
- Familiarity with design systems or component libraries
- Basic understanding of backend / API design
