Senior Forward Deployed Engineer - Enterprise AI
We're supporting one of the fastest-growing global start-ups as they solve complex AI challenges for enterprise customers. With $120m+ raised within the first 18 months, we are looking to help them build an exceptional founding team here in Dubai.
In this forward-deployed role, you'll partner directly with large organisations to implement AI solutions across voice, chat, email, and back-office workflows, tackling the toughest technical challenges and driving measurable impact.
This isn't a role for everyone - it's for those that want to be embedded with clients when needed, helping them bridge gaps between existing infrastructure and cutting-edge AI capabilities.
Experience as a FDE or similar is a must for this role.

What You'll Own:
- Enterprise Integrations: Build and maintain custom services, pipelines, and connectors that link AI platforms with complex, often legacy, enterprise systems
- AI Workflows & Automation: Design advanced multi-channel AI interactions, including voice, chat, and email, tailoring solutions to meet unique client requirements
- Client-Facing Leadership: Lead technical discussions, architecture sessions, and workshops with engineering teams and senior stakeholders, translating AI potential into actionable solutions
- Operational Excellence: Ensure deployed systems are reliable, scalable, and maintainable; contribute to incident management and define operational standards for your deployments
- Innovation Feedback Loop: Capture insights from client deployments, influence product strategy, and contribute reusable patterns and frameworks back to the AI platform
What You Bring:
- 5+ years building and running production backend systems, ideally in enterprise or AI-focused environments.
- Strong in TypeScript, Python, or Go; confident designing distributed systems and making architectural trade-offs
- Experience connecting multiple systems via APIs, messaging frameworks, and secure authentication; comfortable working with both modern and legacy stacks
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence technical and business leaders
- Capable to operate independently in complex environments, developing creative solutions with minimal guidance
- Hands-on experience deploying AI solutions across multiple communication channels-voice, chat, email, and back-office systems
- Strong experience designing and implementing custom integrations that connect AI platforms to complex enterprise environments
