Charterhouse are partnered with a Tech for Good company in the Software Development space who is looking to hire a Senior Frontend Engineer to join their growing development team in Dubai. In this role, the Senior Frontend Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality frontend applications using React and TypeScript. The position involves creating elegant and responsive user interfaces, implementing effective state management, and integrating with RESTful APIs.

The Frontend Engineer will work closely with backend developers and product teams to translate complex business requirements into intuitive and efficient user-facing solutions. A strong emphasis on performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive design is essential, along with a commitment to clean, maintainable code through testing, debugging, and version control.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience in frontend development, with solid expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Familiarity with Redux, asynchronous programming, and Git is required. Strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams are key to success in this role.

The successful candidate will already be based in Dubai and available to work on-site full-time.
